Good Follow Up
A few weeks back, I discovered that a few of the keys on my laptop were no longer functioning. I called Delaney Computer Services immediately, as I had used their services before on several occasions, always with great success. I spoke with Rich initially, explained the problem, and within just a few minutes, one of his support staff made a call and obtained an estimate for me that included the cost of a replacement keyboard, as well as labor. The keyboard was ordered immediately, installed, and before I knew it, my five-year-old laptop was as good as new. DCS's staff was very good with follow-up, informing me when the new keyboard arrived, and when the repair was done. I was extremely pleased with the reasonable price, as well. I would highly recommend Delaney Computer Services, unconditionally, to anyone with a computer issue, large or small.
