23 NYCRR 500
Effective March 1, 2017, the New York State Superintendent of Financial Services enacted 23 NYCRR Part 500, a regulation establishing Cybersecurity requirements for financial services companies due mainly to ever growing threats posed to information and financial systems by nation-states, terrorist organizations and independent criminal actors.
